Our recent renovation was our first experience hiring a contractor. We knew, based on reputation alone, that the Ferguson Fine Homes team would be our choice, but we weren’t really sure what we were getting into. The experience could not have been better. Chad, Vanessa and the entire team were professional and communicative throughout the whole job, offering their expert opinions, suggestions and guidance, while keeping our budget and timeline on track. We are thrilled with the results and already have our next job in mind!

Our project was a near total renovation (including the kitchen, 4 bathrooms, reconfiguration of rooms, new stairs plus flooring, electrics, plumbing) and took almost 6 months. Ferguson’s provided not only excellent skilled labour for all aspects from demolition to reconstruction and tiling and painting, but were most helpful with advice and suggestions for achieving the best result. They were also qualified to create some custom built-ins to meet the exact needs of the space. Despite the house being a construction zone for many months, at the end of each day it was left as neat and clean as possible and everyone was as considerate of our privacy as possible under the circumstances, which makes a big difference when you are living in total chaos. The communication flow was very good so we always knew the state of play. Considering the scope, the project was completed in a timely manner. And even after completion, Ferguson’s have been very responsive to dealing with a few minor matters promptly.

Top-notch company who did an amazing interior and exterior renovation of our two storey home. We needed a long overdue update and repairs to our 25 year old house that would last us another 25 years and they delivered. The team provided great customer service with attention to detail and were always available to discuss options to make the space work for us and our needs. Use excellent, local subcontractors who also do high-quality work. We’d recommend Ferguson’s without reservation.

We really enjoyed working the the Ferguson team! Everything was done very professionally, Chad was great to work with as a contractor. Anytime we had a question or issue, we either got a call back right away, Chad was on the phone or at our house to deal with it immediately. The team working on the house were always so friendly, and so kind to my kids as we had to live through half of the renovations as it was a huge project. They worked around us, and accommodated us with total respect. I would use and recommend Ferguson Fine Homes over and over again!
